Hello Happiest of New Year Wishes to you! With this new year brings new information from our office to you.

Please keep in mind your deductible amount if you have one. Be sure to check if co-payments or co-insurance percentages have changed. We would appreciate any information you may have for us to update any new contact or insurance information. It will greatly help us for billing.

From Jan. 31st through February 5th we will be closed. PLEASE be sure to check any medication refills you may need prior to the 31st. If it has been a while since your last Follow Up appointment - you may be required to come in to see the doctor prior to a prescription being refilled. Dr. Zanolli's receptionist, Vivian, will be in occasionally to do light administrative duties during this time.

Please keep in mind: Medication Refills can take up to 48 hours to process.
